Anyone else notice that it hasn’t rained in Miami in two weeks? The last time it rained was February 17th. Theres only a 20% chance of rain forecasted for March 6th.

In this weeks update:

💸 In other parts of the country home values are leveling out however Miami leads the way with a 15.9% YOY increase in home prices.

⭐️️ KITH announced the expansion of it’s Miami Design District location, it’s now serving brunch.

🚌 If you’re taking the I-395 be prepared for lane closures. Looks like the signature bridge is still 3 years away from being finished.
