🌬 Check out these (cool) post-hurricane activities this weekend + what you missed

Happy Friday and Happy almost October!

Sending lots of love to our friends on the west coast as they rebuild and work through the impact of the storm. For those of us in South Florida the worst of Hurricane Ian has passed us by. This weekend in Miami there are plenty of activities waiting for you rain or shine. Enjoy!

In case you missed it

Strong winds, possibly from a tornado, damaged homes and vehicles in a Delray Beach neighborhood, and trees were downed in Miami Shores.

Hurricane Ian was downgraded to a tropical storm Thursday morning, but it still brings the threat of more surge and floods across the state, forecasters said.

PAMM's outdoor floating movie series kicks off on October 6, and all screenings are free to attend with RSVP.

The 2022 edition of Art Basel Miami Beach will host 283 exhibitors. The fair will run from December 1 to December 3, with preview days on November 29 and November 30.

How's the Real Estate market?

Miami Beach faces same business challenge as other increasingly unaffordable neighborhoods in Miami-Dade County: the runaway cost of living has hit local businesses hard.

The rapper purchased the 10,600-square-foot house on Allison Island in Biscayne Bay for $16.75 million in 2018
