The project is set to transform the area into a premier waterfront destination, with completion expected in 2028.
🏎️ F1 Miami Grand Prix to Feature New Food Vendors at Hard Rock Stadium: The three-day sports event at Hard Rock Stadium will showcase a new collection of food vendors, featuring a mix of beloved local spots and internationally recognized brands.
🏛️ Miami-Dade Courthouse Could Be Sold for 65-Story Condo Development: The historic Miami-Dade County Courthouse, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, could be sold to GFO Investments for a new 65-story condo tower. The development would preserve the courthouse's original structure for office and hotel use while demolishing part of it for the high-rise.

🌃 Continuum Company Breaks Ground on its New Branded Club and Private Residences
Driving the news: Continuum Company has officially started construction on Continuum Club & Residences, a 340-foot luxury tower set to reshape the waterfront experience in Miami’s North Bay Village.

The 32-story building will feature 198 residences and penthouses ranging from 800 to 4,000 sq. ft.
Already 48% sold, showing strong demand
High-end finishes include Subzero/Wolf appliances, custom cabinetry, spa-inspired showers, and panoramic water views
Over 60,000 sq. ft. of amenities: two pools, a jacuzzi, marina, five-star dining, immersive spa, cryotherapy, and more
Designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by Durukan Design and landscaping by Martha Schwartz Partners
Located at 1755 JFK Causeway, with completion set for early 2028
