Happy Belated Birthday ๐ On July 28 1896 Miami was born thanks to Julia Tuttle. Miami is the ONLY major American city founded by a woman. Check out the HistoryMiami museum for their new exhibit that opens today!

The number of luxury single-family home sales, defined as the top 10% most expensive homes traded during the time period, dropped 19% from a year ago to 209. Meanwhile, listing inventory surged 63.6% during the second quarter to 414 homes
