Hells Kitchen coming to Miami, Smorgasburg arrives in Wynwood, Condo confusion + Florida's announced it's official dessert
Howdy Friday!
Just a friendly reminder that spring break is here (if you haven't felt the traffic already). Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen is Coming to Miami. In Wynwood the NYC outdoor food bazaar, Smorgasburg, has arrived in Wynwood with 50+ vendors in what used to be a vacant lot across from Wynwood Walls. In real estate news if you're looking to purchase a condo there is a new request for safety information. Some condo boards aren't complying in fear of lawsuits and banks won't lend fearing rejection. Lastly it was announced that Florida has a new official state dessert, Strawberry Shortcake. We still love Key Lime Pie.
