In Wynwood the NYC outdoor food bazaar, Smorgasburg, has arrived in Wynwood with 50+ vendors in what used to be a vacant lot across from Wynwood Walls. In real estate news if you're looking to purchase a condo there is a new request for safety information. Some condo boards aren't complying in fear of lawsuits and banks won't lend fearing rejection. Lastly it was announced that Florida has a new official state dessert, Strawberry Shortcake. We still love Key Lime Pie.
