Miami's 2022 Real Estate Market Predictions

🔮 Expecting to see a real estate bubble burst in 2022? Keep dreaming, real estate experts say.

📈 Redfin is predicting a 3.6% increase in the number of sales and a 5.8% rise in price for the tri-county area in 2022.

🏠 In a year of growth in rents, five of the 10 cities where they soared the most were in Florida.

What's going on this weekend

For the second straight year, the annual Big Orange Drop in downtown Miami to ring in the new year will not take place.
