🏙️ DuPont Registry Plans Luxury Auto, Office Tower in Little Haiti
Driving the news: Miami-based DuPont Registry is partnering with Fortune International Group to develop the DuPont Registry Tower, a 12-story luxury destination featuring high-end auto storage, private offices, a restaurant, and a spa in Little Haiti’s Magic City Innovation District.
Details:
- Designed by Italy’s Pininfarina, the tower will include an invitation-only auto club with storage condos for collectors.
- The project will rise at 5952 N.E. Fourth Ave., where a warehouse currently stands.
- The site was previously planned for an office development by former Motorsport Network owner Mike Zoi.
- Developers have not yet disclosed pricing or space allocations.
Why it matters: The project blends automotive culture with high-end real estate, offering a unique space for luxury car enthusiasts while contributing to Miami’s growing reputation as a hub for exclusive lifestyle developments.
The big picture: The Magic City Innovation District was approved for over 5 million square feet of development in 2019, but no major projects have been completed. This tower could be the first step in bringing that vision to life.
What’s next: More details on pricing and launch dates are expected in the coming months as the project moves forward.
The bottom line: The DuPont Registry Tower is set to redefine Miami’s luxury scene, merging high-performance design with an elite social experience.
