🏙️ Banco Santander to Build 40-Story Tower in Brickell, Creating 250 Jobs: Banco Santander plans to replace its old office building at 1401 Brickell Ave. with a new 40-story tower that will house its regional investment banking headquarters and create 250 high-paying jobs. The $290 million project includes sustainable design features and will add significant office and retail space to the Brickell skyline. The bank seeks approval for $5 million in incentives to bring the jobs to Miami instead of Dallas or Houston.
