🏢 Fortune International Group and Terra Unveil Ultra-Luxury Boutique Branded Condo on Key Biscayne
Driving the news: Terra and Fortune International Group have acquired the former Silver Sands Beach Resort in Key Biscayne for $205 million and announced plans for a 56-residence branded condominium that prioritizes climate resilience and luxury.
Details:
Located at 301 Ocean Drive, the site will be transformed into an ultra-luxury oceanfront development
Construction is slated to begin in late 2026
Designed by Touzet Studio with landscaping by Raymond Jungles
The project draws inspiration from Stiltsville homes, blending tropical modern design with sustainability
Aims to set a new standard with integrated rain gardens, bioswales, drainage wells, and cistern systems
Why it matters: Key Biscayne is one of South Florida’s most unique communities, and this project reinforces its long-term value by combining environmental responsibility, elegant architecture, and neighborhood investment.
The big picture: In addition to ocean-view homes and resort-style amenities, the project will support local infrastructure with drainage upgrades, traffic improvements, and contributions to public spaces—strengthening both quality of life and the tax base.
What’s next: Development kicks off in late 2026. Once complete, it will offer a boutique residential experience with pools, spa, lounges, fitness spaces, and on-site dining, all crafted to meet the demands of modern coastal living.
The bottom line: This new oceanfront project in Key Biscayne promises sustainable luxury with deep community impact—positioning it as a flagship model for future beachfront developments.
