⭐️ ViCa Hospitality Group Makes its U.S. Debut With Rò Steakhouse
Driving the news: ViCa Hospitality Group—known for Cienfuegos and 130° Steakhouse in Mérida, Mexico—has opened Rò Steakhouse, its first U.S. restaurant, in the iconic Alhambra Tower in Coral Gables.
Details: The 7,000-square-foot space seats 130 guests and will soon debut an outdoor terrace. Highlights include:
Design: Crafted by Arkham Projects, the interior layers bronze, stone, and wood into a striking, cave-like setting lit with dramatic flair.
Menu: Led by former Prime 112 chef Marcelo Palacios, Rò serves dishes cooked over wood, stone, and flame—like Bone-In Ribeye, Pistachio-Crusted Tuna, Truffle Risotto, and Beef Wellington.
Bar & Cellar: A glowing 10-seat bar and a wine cellar anchor a 20-member private locker program for guests to store their own bottles.
Why it matters: Rò adds a bold new flavor to the Coral Gables dining scene. It's a welcome mix of elevated cooking and inviting design, delivering a destination-worthy experience that strengthens the city’s reputation as a culinary hub.
