• Residences range from studios to two-bedrooms (400–1,000+ sq. ft.) with pricing starting in the low $500,000s.

• Designed by Studio MC + G Architecture with interiors by Urban Robot Associates, all units include private balconies, premium kitchens, stone countertops, modern fixtures, in-unit washers and dryers, and UV-filtered water.

• The Domus App allows residents to access digital keys, mobile check-in, housekeeping, and on-demand services, as well as global booking platforms like Marriott Bonvoy and Hyatt.

• Amenities include a rooftop pool and sky deck with cabanas, rooftop bar, yoga deck, hot tub, indoor-outdoor gym, treatment rooms, co-working and conference spaces, 24-hour lobby ambassador, pet-friendly features, and an on-site restaurant and lounge.

Why it matters: The project reflects the growing trend in Miami for lifestyle-driven, hospitality-focused residential living, combining the convenience of hotel services with the comfort and privacy of home.
