🛩️ Miami-Dade Targets New Nonstop Routes to Tokyo, Singapore, Riyadh & Asunción: Miami-Dade is targeting new nonstop routes from MIA to Tokyo, Singapore, Riyadh, and Asunción, following an Aviation Committee vote to make them formal priorities. The goal: boost passenger connectivity and cargo capacity by filling key gaps on the airport’s direct-route map.

🌃 Prosper & Versluys to Build $650M Ultra-Luxury Tower on Miami River in Brickell: Prosper Group and Belgium’s Versluys Group are teaming up on a 60-story, 158-residence waterfront tower spanning three parcels along the Miami River, with over 300 feet of riverfront and completion targeted for 2028—adding a new high-end address steps from Brickell City Centre.

Details: Located on the ninth floor of the 545 Wyn building, MIAX Sapphire features skyline views, a Bloomberg TV studio, and a modern trading setup built for precision, liquidity, and speed.
