Driving the news: Rosso Development, Midtown Development, and Proper Hospitality have unveiled the first look at the interiors of Midtown Park Residences by Proper, the flagship tower in Midtown Miami’s $2 billion master-planned community. The 28-story building will introduce 288 residences alongside activated parks, curated retail, destination dining, and a ULTRA racquet and padel club.

• Designed by acclaimed New York studio Meyer Davis, led by Will Meyer and Gray Davis, the space balances elegance, warmth, and hospitality-driven functionality.

• Interiors include a 16-foot-high lobby gallery with museum-quality art, travertine and flagstone floors, mirrored bronze columns, intimate library nooks, velvet and mohair seating, and green mosaic planters.

• Amenities include a 40,000-square-foot tropical pool deck, signature restaurant and bar, panoramic city and bay views, fitness center, Pilates studio, yoga and meditation garden, pickleball courts, spa pool, coffee bar, events lounge, kids club, screening room, co-working hub, and a communal vegetable garden.

• The design draws inspiration from Miami’s light and landscape, incorporating natural stone, wood, plaster, greenery, sculptural furniture, and curated art.
