Happy Friday, Miami!

In this week’s update:

⭐️ Bentley Residences Sets Record With Largest Residential Pour in Florida: Bentley Residences Miami has begun vertical construction after completing a 36-hour, record-setting foundation pour. The 716-foot tower in Sunny Isles Beach will feature 216 luxury residences, car elevators, private pools, and over 20,000 square feet of Bentley-branded amenities.

🎄 Holiday Magic and World Premieres Light Up Miami’s Arts Season: From new symphonic suites to the return of The Nutcracker, Miami’s top performing arts groups are celebrating the season with a mix of global premieres, holiday classics, and star-studded collaborations. Highlights include performances by the New World Symphony, Florida Grand Opera, Miami City Ballet, and Nu Deco Ensemble with Grammy winner PJ Morton.

🌎 Miami Ranks #2 Globally for Branded Residences, Behind Only Dubai: With 48 branded residences completed and 55 more in the pipeline, Miami is the world’s second-largest market for branded real estate. Fueled by rising global wealth and high-profile partnerships, the city’s skyline is being reshaped by names like Aston Martin, Dolce & Gabbana, and Mandarin Oriental.

🏙️ Bentley Residences Miami Completes the Largest Residential Foundation Pour in America

Driving the news: Bentley Residences Miami has completed the largest residential foundation pour in Florida history, and the second largest in the U.S., officially kicking off vertical construction for the world’s first Bentley-branded tower.

Details:

  • A 36-hour continuous operation coordinated:

    • 2,100 truckloads

    • 20,000 cubic yards of concrete

    • 2,400 tons of reinforcing steel

    • 10 pumping stations

  • Located at 18401 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach

  • 716-foot-tall tower designed by Sieger Suarez Architects

  • 216 residences, each with:

    • Private heated pool

    • Outdoor kitchen

    • Ocean and Intracoastal views

    • Access to a Dezervator (car elevator to private sky garage)

  • Interiors include Gaggenau appliances, Italian cabinetry, spa-style suites, saunas, outdoor showers (in select homes), and Bentley-branded design elements

Why it matters: This marks a milestone in branded luxury living. Bentley Residences is bringing automotive-level craftsmanship into residential development, pairing bold engineering with high design in a way rarely seen in U.S. real estate.

The big picture: Sunny Isles Beach has become a hotspot for ultra-luxury branded towers, and Bentley’s entry into residential design solidifies the area’s standing as a global address. This project also reflects how high-end buyers are prioritizing customization, privacy, and full-service lifestyle offerings.

By the numbers:

  • 716 feet tall

  • 36 hours of continuous pouring

  • 2,100 concrete trucks

  • 20,000 cubic yards of concrete

  • 2,400 tons of rebar

  • 216 residences

  • Starting at $5.8 million

Between the lines: More than just branded real estate, Bentley Residences delivers a fully immersive lifestyle. With over 20,000 square feet of amenities, including a private restaurant by chef Todd English, a whiskey bar, spa, cigar lounge, and beach club, the project is tailored to elite buyers who want performance and luxury in every square foot.

What’s next: With the foundation complete, vertical construction is now underway. Expect further reveals from Bentley Home and continued momentum as the tower takes shape.

The bottom line: Bentley Residences is setting a new benchmark for luxury living — not just in Sunny Isles Beach, but nationwide. From a record-setting foundation to an automotive-inspired lifestyle, this project brings precision and prestige to the sky.
