We are nowhere close to what we saw in '08 when 11 million homes fell below their mortgage balance.
Home prices would have to fall between 40 percent and 45 percent from their peak for that to happen. (Source: The Wall Street Journal)

Walrus Rodeo's $175 per person New Year's Eve dinner with a glass of champagne upon arrival and a multi-course meal featuring charbroiled oysters with caviar, potato gnocchi with black truffles, and mimosa creamsicle tart.

Barton G. Miami Beach's 3-course holiday dinner for $250 per person featuring Lobster Pop-Tarts, shrimp cocktail, and a choice of main course such as prime rib or Chilean sea bass. The dinner also includes a live performance by Sabrina Sundae.
