Sam Reinhart’s four-goal performance sealed the deal in front of roaring fans at Amerant Bank Arena. The Panthers now match the Dolphins and Marlins with two titles—and are the only Miami team to win multiple championships in the past decade.

🏗️ Continuum’s Waterfront District Moves Forward in North Bay Village: Continuum Company’s new waterfront project in North Bay Village receives unanimous approval, setting the stage for luxury residences, a hotel, marina, retail, and more in a pedestrian-friendly bayfront district.

🌇 Ziggurat Launches Sales for Luxe Residences in Coconut Grove: Ziggurat, a sculptural new project from The Allen Morris Company, is bringing 19 luxury residences, 100,000 sq. ft. of office space, and 40,000 sq. ft. of retail to Coconut Grove. Designed by Oppenheim Architecture, the stepped stone structure will also house the developer’s HQ and feature a rooftop restaurant, hydrotherapy pool, and strong ties to the surrounding community.

🏙️ Transformative Continuum Waterfront District is Coming to North Bay Village

Driving the news: Continuum Company has secured unanimous approval from the North Bay Village Commission for the Continuum Waterfront District, a multi-phase mixed-use development that will redefine the city’s core along Biscayne Bay.

Details: The district spans more than three acres and is part of a broader vision to transform Kennedy Causeway into a pedestrian-friendly, design-centric destination.

• Phase one, already under construction, includes two condo towers and a historic waterfront deck. It’s nearly 50% sold.

• Amenities will top 60,000 square feet, including a wellness center, yoga studio, longevity spa, resort-style pool, marina, and exclusive memberships for beach, yacht, and dining access.

• Future phases include a boutique hotel with a rooftop pool, new restaurants, bars, retail spaces, and outdoor wellness zones.

Why it matters: This project plays a key role in revitalizing North Bay Village and aligns with the NBV100 Master Plan, which emphasizes walkability, civic space, and waterfront access. For the community, it brings new amenities, public spaces, and elevated visibility to a growing neighborhood.

The big picture: Developer Ian Bruce Eichner is building on the legacy of his Continuum South Beach success to help establish North Bay Village as a premier residential and lifestyle destination in Miami.

The bottom line: With construction underway and city approval in hand, the Continuum Waterfront District is set to reshape the North Bay Village skyline and strengthen its standing as a sought-after bayfront hub.
