💰 Roper Buys CentralReach in $1.65B Deal: Roper Technologies will acquire CentralReach for $1.65 billion. Fort Lauderdale-based CentralReach is expected to add $175 million in annual revenue. Roper acquired Procare Solutions and Transact Campus in 2024.
🏢 $45M Apartment Project Planned for Hallandale Beach: Grupo Eco plans a $45 million apartment complex in Hallandale Beach. Vita at the Park will feature 129 apartments and 169 parking spaces. The developer purchased the land for $5.3 million in June 2024.
💻 eMerge Americas Returns to Miami Beach with Major Impact: eMerge America's conference returns to Miami Beach Convention Center. Event features speakers, expo, and "Shark Tank" pitch competition. Conference has $2.5 billion economic impact on South Florida.

Driving the news: South Florida’s largest tech event, eMerge Americas, is back at the Miami Beach Convention Center for its ninth annual conference. The two-day event, which launched Thursday, features speakers from business, government, entertainment, and tech—including investor Daymond John and digital media mogul Dave Portnoy.
