āļø ULTRA Club Midtown Unveiled, the Largest Padel Club in the U.S.
Driving the news: Miami is getting a new sports and social hub. ULTRA Club Midtown, the largest Padel club in the United States, is opening on a long-vacant five-acre site thatās part of a $2 billion mixed-use development connecting Midtown, Wynwood, and the Design District.
Details:
The pop-up 2-acre facility includes 11 outdoor courts and three childrenās courts, serving as a preview to the permanent 8-court club.
The broader Midtown Park development will feature 120,000 square feet of retail, dining, and co-working spaces, plus two public parks and landscaped paseos.
At the center is the 28-story Midtown Park Residences, offering 288 homes from studios to penthouses with rooftop gardens, private pools, and 20-foot corner living spaces.
Arquitectonica designed the tower, Meyer Davis Studio curated the interiors, and Naturalficial shaped the 40,000-square-foot amenity spaces, including a tropical pool deck, spa, Pilates studio, meditation garden, pickleball court, and virtual golf simulator.
Why it matters: ULTRA Club Midtown aims to bring a new social and fitness destination to Miami. From casual players to competitive athletes, the club will offer coaching clinics, community events, and food and beverage programming, making it both a recreational and social centerpiece for the neighborhood.
The big picture: The $2 billion Midtown Park project is positioning Miamiās Midtown as a walkable, culturally connected urban hub. Residential sales range from $700,000 to $2.7 million, with completion targeted for 2028.
Whatās next: A Culture Concierge team will provide residents with curated events and services, including access to Properās other luxury properties, such as the upcoming Shelborne Hotel relaunch on Miami Beach.
The bottom line: ULTRA Club Midtown isnāt just a padel facility ā itās part of one of Miamiās most ambitious mixed-use projects, blending sports, social life, and luxury living into a new urban destination.
