š¢ New 30-Story Mixed-Use Tower "Anatomia" Set to Rise in Allapattah: The Calta Group is set to break ground on Anatomia, a 30-story residential tower in Miami's Allapattah neighborhood. The project will feature 499 residential units, including luxury condos and affordable apartments, as well as retail space and various amenities. The development is part of the cityās effort to expand its urban footprint and activate the pedestrian realm, utilizing Florida's Live Local Act for additional height and density.
